docs.vereid.com — public launch

Initial public release of the VEREID developer docs site. Quickstarts for Social, Auth, and Identity. SDK references for JS, React, Python, Go, and CLI. Full conceptual coverage of verification tiers, OIDC claims, webhooks, rate limits, EU compliance, and biometric retention. Migration guides from Auth0 and Persona. SAML, DSR, and AIARCO-ID-vs-VEREID-Auth deep dives.

This is the inaugural release of docs.vereid.com. Everything ships at once:

  • Quickstarts — five-minute paths to first integration for Social, Auth, and Identity.
  • Concepts — verification tiers (the famously-honest T0–T6 table is here), OIDC claims, webhook signing, rate limits, EU compliance, and biometric retention.
  • API reference — full OpenAPI 3.1 spec, rendered with Scalar and downloadable as YAML.
  • SDKs — JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, Go, and the vereid CLI.
  • Guides — Auth0 and Persona migration playbooks, SAML federation, DSR handling, and a head-to-head between AIARCO ID and VEREID Auth.

This site is open source at github.com/vereid/docs and accepts PRs for typos, ambiguity, and missing examples. The OpenAPI spec is published to api.vereid.com/openapi.yaml and mirrored here at /openapi.yaml.

What is not here yet:

  • Per-platform mobile SDKs (iOS Swift, Android Kotlin) — published in the next sprint.
  • A /v0 deprecated-endpoints page — published when we have anything to deprecate.
  • Webhooks for SAML SLO — implementation lands later this quarter.

If anything reads like marketing, file an issue. Docs that read like marketing are a bug.
